Roller chain

It is functionally comparable to a cage in the rotary area. A roller chain guides the rolling elements (rollers), keeps them at a constant distance from each other, reduces the noise level and acts as a lubricant reservoir for the rolling elements, which considerably extends the maintenance intervals.
